Something magical happens to you when you are on an overnight rafting trip. We guarantee no cell phones, no computers, no beeping electric gadgets!
This trip is Expedition Style – We will load up everything into a raft and float down the river, exploring fun side hikes, cliff jumps, and lot’s of leisurely swim opportunities. After a river side lunch prepared fresh by your guides, we will begin looking for the perfect campsite where we will stay for the night. After setting up tents and preparing an appetizer before dinner, it’s game time! We have fun games like Kuub and River Bocce Ball, as well as card games.
We specialize in providing the highest quality overnight experience while on the river. With attention to detail, we plan your trip based on your group’s individual needs and interests. We pride ourselves in our delicious organic meals prepared from scratch, and our friendly experienced river guides.
All food, drinks, transportation, rafting and camping gear, and experienced river guides are included in the price of the trip. Group rates do apply. All food and gear is provided, making our trips the easiest camp out ever! 6RR is committed to providing the best experience, our menu is custom and organic and can be modified for any diets. Inflatable kayaks and SUPs are available for many portions of these trips.
Itinerary
9am on the First Day of your trip:
Meet at our shop at 38400 St. Hwy 299 where you will park inside the gated lot and stroll over to our office where will take care of all the neceassry paperwork and get you checked in for the trip. You will be handed a large Expedition dry bag to start packing your gear for the trip into. This is the bag you that will be inaccesable during the daytime, but will be available at camp at the end of the day. Smaller drybags can also be provided for stuff you would like to access during the day.
10amYour guide/s will give you a thorough safety briefing, and run through an itinerary of your trip. You will be fitted for a life jacket, helmet, and handed a paddle. Now you’re river ready!
If you didn’t bring a reusable water bottle, let us know, and we will provide one for the duration of your trip.
Listen carefully to the safety briefing, don’t hesitate to ask any and all questions.
On Day 1, you will be in a boat with your group, your guide, and your lunch for the day. Your belongings and everything needed will be ahead of you with another guide in the Gear Boat. They will head downriver after lunch and get a head start on unloading and setting up camp while you are hitting some whitewater rapids, and playing in the river!
Activities expected during the duration of your trip: Cliff Jumping, Swimming, Hike to a Waterfall, more Cliff Jumping, Lunch Prepared for you Riverside, Stargazing, Wildlife Viewing, and so much more!
